how can i loose lots of weightt??

kay so i am entering highschool and i want to look good i dont want to loose weight like nicole richie or anything but i want to gain a little more muscle mass and less fat i am doing winsor pilates and i no that im not getting any change but ive been doing it four times a day and swimming for at least an hour a day well when its sunny and i feel better but i know thats all in my headlol any other things to loose fat and gain muscle i am pretty much trying to target my waist and abs any ideass

*sport 2-3 h/day
*vegetals
*more than 2 l of water on a day
*eat just fish and chichen
*eat 4-6 times on a day, but just a little every time
*no sugar
*fruits
*NO junk food - i had lose weight using this diet.
