Whenever I wear concealer / foundation instantly causing breakouts on my skin, how can I prevent or stop it?

Hello:) I go through long periods the amounts do not wear concealer or foundation, and on the rare times I wear one or both my skin explodes the next day: / I use a primer before I put everything and clean tone and moisturize my face, how can I prevent this from happening and still be able to wear concealer and a bit of merit? (I use anti Ysl rings? Checker and YSL Radiant Touch Foundation (a bit) .. and I have combination skin with cheeks clear, I break out around my mouth, chin / forehead / nose and it's not acne, it somehow?? buttons and location on occasion) thank you:) Also I find I can not use Mac or charitable foundation or correction for some reason, perhaps due to the products in the articles,
