How did you lose your excess baby weight & skin?
I haven't had my baby yet, but I know there's going to be a lot of excess skin as my bump is very big. I never lost all my baby weight after after my daughter and I never felt particularly attractive when I was naked, so I was just wondering how you all did it?
Was it a combination of exercise and healthy eating? Breastfeeding? (Which I plan to do anyway.)
i lost weight after i had both my daughters very quickly by walking everywhere,it really helped. also after my 2nd daughter i was so busy looking after 2 children that i hardly had time to eat and just ate a lot of fruit and stuff. never lost the excess skin on my belly but it doesnt really bother me because i grew 2 beautiful babies in there lol
