The countries that have less will benefit more. Since Globalization is a sort of democratic-socialization of the economy, things get distributed some (all benefit though). (That is also if countries like America manage to not be exploitational).

So if America had a 10 and China had a 15 and Sudan had a 2.

If simply distributed, America would end up with say 9, Chine 13, and Sudan 5. However, all parties benefit from some amount of shared wealth and shared technology.
