Best rubber brush waterproof mascara that doesn't clump or flake and can be layered for volume?
I have Maybelline Define A Lash Volume and I love the rubber brush and how dark it is but it clumps if you layer it at all and crumbles at the root when I curl it.
It also flakes slightly.
How is CoverGirl's Lash Exact?
Covergirl lash blast but I've tried the lash exact and it sucked balls i love the lash blast I have 3 tubes of this mascara
