what's the best way to apply light reflective concealer for undereye circles?
I have read conflicting advise!
do you apply it over the circles or,as I have once read,
below the circles as it is light reflective, if you put it on them it draws more attention to them?

You apply it on top of the circles to counteract the darkness. Hope that helped!
