How do I do my makeup for the Winter Ball (= semi-formal)?
I have a black coat and my shoes are shiny t strap, pink sandals, I wear pink and silver earrings with a simple, silver chain bracelet. It's very simple. I have pretty big eyes / lashes, and I wanted to focus more on my eyes. However, I do not want to "colorful" makeup, as in nothing dramatic. Suggestions? 
I also forgot to mention that I have dark brown eyes.
ok well ... I would opt for a simple look but shimmery soft after setting the foundation try a blush with a neutral shade of pink in it ...
