I figured out how much I ate throughout the day..is this normal? What should change?
I made a chart and added up everything I ate throughout the day (most days are the same so this is very accurate) but I'm not sure if it's good or bad! Can you give me any advice? What should I change? What should stay?
Heres what I ate:
Food
Cheerios
Skim Milk
Peanut Butter
Whole Wheat Brd.
Pretzels
Skim Milk
Banana
Grilled Chicken
Broccolli
Protein Shake (consisted of the foods below)
Strawberry
Banana
Yogurt
Skim Plus
Protein Powder
And it all added up to:

ignore that person saying you need 1600 a day that is not true.u need to work out your own BMR (basal metabolic rate) for YOUR body type.then you can gain/maintain/lose accordingly.
for example my BMR worked out at 1584 which means that is how many calories an ectomorph like me needs per day to stay the same weight.the last 5 weeks i have eaten about 500-1000 over that regularly in an attempt to gain weight and have achieved 8 pounds of weight.
as for your diet it looks a very healthy diet for the day,the protien shakes work well with fruit to add to your 5 a day plenty of fibre and carbs,i should be doing the fruit shakes too but have no blender at the minute :O .joe.
