What is the best concealer?

I'll buy a new spell, as I only bought one in the past, but it was not very good. I put some points on some coverage, but one I have now made my worst places and tends to be really cakey-london mascara called back its anti-fatigue concealer. I tend to have very dry skin. I have blue veins under the eyes and red spots I want to have a blanket on so whats the best concealer out there that has good coverage in place, does not seem sticky and is good for dry skin? thank you. Also, I'm not looking to spend in boots, as I have a good move there!

I had the same problem, but switched Neutralizer on the Cover Girl concealer. Works great! Put a moisturizer under your eyes about 15 minutes before your cache so that the moisturizer can dip in and you will not have this problem dry. Good Luck!
