What is the best drugstore foundation for the skin / fat combinations?

Schools about to start and I need to find a good base. I've never really worn liquid foundation but I think that's what I'll try. Foundations I thought to be used are: Neutrogena Foundation Healthy Skin, Covergirl Clean Makeup, Revlon Colorstay and L'Oreal True Match. Which should I use? Or are there other foundations drugstore better? Also what is a good way to remove makeup from my face? Ah yes, if it is not a good foundation tinted moisturizer.

On the bottles, make just say "no oil"? If so, use that one. Personally, I use L'Oreal True Match, because it seems to mix well and not make my skin fat. Also, put on a pressed powder over your foundation to absorb some oil from the foundation! To remove makeup .. you should probably buy Wipes face, from any store.
