isthere a program for windows that lets you display and safely remove your drives from your desktop mac style?

is there a program that does this for a windows vista computer? one that allows me to drag my usb drives to an icon that allows me to safely remove the drives. i just want to add a bit of eyecandy to my computer. (also this program has to be free! i only use freeware.)
