My female betta White Stuff on her dusty little tail?
I have a female veil tail Betta, yellow to red tail, and it seems to have I guess a white film dusty stuff on its two tails before (Angela's name after the Silent Hill character). It acts as a normal state, rushing to follow my finger and stuff, but I do not know if I would be concerned about the white dusty things. I change his water once a month and always fill when it is weak. I have a small heating pad inside of it so that water evaporates over time. Am I doing something wrong? I do not know if I should be worried or not on the dusty stuff.
try adding aquarium salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) to prevent infection and strengthen the immune system. a water change of 25% and a temperature of 80 degrees will also help. http://bettacare101.com
