It is important to grow hair, but the reason you can not make it past a certain point because you're not keeping the length. Deep conditioning (Weekly) and treatment of protein (after 4-6 weeks) is essential. Are you using too much heat? Do you wear protective headgear so that your hair does not rub off your shirt and be vulnerable to the elements? Are you eating? Ohh I do not take hair, skin. and nail vitamins I But I'm mulitivitamins CNG CNG heard the works. Also make sure your vitamins are made in USA.
